Are you a manufacturer or a representative of other brands?

We are manufacturers with more than 25 years of experience.

What are the terms of cooperation that you have?

We do not have any standard terms of cooperation. Every customer is treated individually. If you have any specific questions, you can ask us.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through email, or on messenger platforms such as WhatsApp or Viber. You will need to specify the styles, sizes, and colors.

How can I make the payment for my order?

An order is considered confirmed once we receive payment from you. This payment can be either 50% or 100% of the total amount. If you choose to pay 50%, the remaining 50% will be paid when your order is ready for shipping. We offer several payment options, including bank transfer, WesternUnion, Moneygram, or PayPal, Revolut, PaySend, cryptocurrency payment etc.

How long will the production of my order take?

The usual processing time for sewing an order is up to 30 working days. Occasionally, during peak seasons or after vacations, it might take a few extra days. However, we will inform you of any such delays when you place the order.

What delivery company do you use for shipping orders?

The delivery company is chosen by the customer.

We typically use options such as the Ukrainian Post Office (a more economical choice), EMS Post, and DHL, DPD. Additionally, shipping by bus is available for certain countries.

 
 
What is the cost of shipping?

The shipping cost varies for each country. It also depends on the shipping method you choose.

What sizes can i order?

You can find our size chart on every dress page. Furthermore, we tailor custom sizes for individuals.

What is the minimum order quantity?

At the moment, we have decided not to impose any minimum order limits for wedding shops. This is because we want customers to experience our tailoring quality and the exquisite fit of the dresses.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts. They are provided on an individual basis and depend on the nature of the cooperation.

Will I receive the dresses exactly as shown in the photos?

Yes, of course. Sometimes it's possible that the lace shown in the photos is not available in our shop. In such cases, before confirming the order, we will inform you about this and provide alternative options. But It's very rare
