You can put an order directly from the site, by email or in messenger: WhatsApp, Viber. You need to specify styles, sizes and colours.
Order is considered confirmed when we receive payment from you (it can be 50% or 100%. If you make 50% payment - then second part (other 50%) you will pay when your order is ready for shipping. For payment you can use: Bank transfer, WesternUnion, Moneygram or PayPal (for PayPal we take +3% to amount because for withdrawal money we need to go to other country, because in Ukraine PayPal doesn't work
Usually term of sewing order is 15-25 days. Sometimes, in high season, or after vacations it can take on few days more. But we qualify this when you put an order
Delivery company is choosed by customer.
We usually use: Ukrainian Post office (cheaper way), EMS post, DHL. Also for some countries is possible shipping by bus.
Shipping cost is different for each country. We calculate it for our customers before confirm order.
Bellow you can see our size chart. For sizes from 42 to 48 prices are standart. For bigger sizes prices will be other (depend of dress). We calculate it for our customers before confirm order. Also you can order dresse for individual sizes.
At the moment we decided to have not any minimum limits for wedding shops. Because we want customers to see our tailoring quality as well as the magnificent fit of the dresses.

Yes, of course. Sometimes it is possible that is not available at shop lace as on photos. In this case, before confirm the order, we tell you about this and offer a replacement options
